Stayed there in Aug 04 first and last time! Myself and another couple were told on arrival that they had no booking for us, we were then transfered to another hotel for the first night, subsequently heard that this was/is a usual occurence. The funny thing was that we were picked up by the GVC driver in the GVC vehicle, if they didn't have a booking why send the vehicle. I have advised my friends not to use the GVC and thay haven't. Sorry to hear whats happening but I don't think he/they really give a stuff!
