I stayed there a few years ago and had booked one of the Mezzanine rooms. Was there with a friend and her boyfriend and myself. On arrival we were told no room available and they were transferring us. NOT HAPPY JAN.
Well .. funny thing happened after that.
I sat for a while and then walked up to the counter and advised them that I had booked through a family member who was an employee of one of the wholesale travel companies and that I would be reporting my experience to them. Amazing really .. right out of thin air the room became available.
