People don't start threads when a airline does it's job right, so how would you know how many happy customers there has been?
Jetstar was listed as the most "on-time" airline this year in Australia... So they must be doing something right.
People just seem to like whinging about Jetstar more than the other airlines :)
I've found a way to avoid delays with connecting flights... Take a direct flight!
