jet* best low cost airline

I would hate to travel on a bad low cost airline if this is the best.
Bad experiences seem to far outweigh the happy customers.
Fortunately for us in WA we dont have the Jet* option.
Last year, I flew Qantas. This year I will fly Garuda. It will be interesting to compare the two
