Also, if you have been there 20 times, you have some sort of affinity to the place, work there, have friends that work there, or don't know anything better. So it will be difficult for you to be unbiased
I want the bang for my buck, and I certainly won't be staying at Novotel TB again
For your info, not as though it's any of your business, I actually commended all the staff in my survey
