where it happened as the banks don't reveal it, just told us Indonesia. Most places are honest but just like Australia you can get your bad one every now and then. You can't accuse anyone as you would never know it was them, if you use your card like us a lot it could be anyone. I have had problems also in Australia on line as well. Just be careful and have a reputable credit card that is on the ball like the commonwealth. Even overseas they ring us if we make a few transaction to ask if it's us making them, very reassuring.
