I'm very sorry to hear you had problems with your credit card. I hope you get back what you lost. As said before, it can happen anywhere on the world. I do wonder why you are accusing an internet shop of being thieves, without giving any evidence? Card skimming can happen almost anywhere, even at an ATM. Why were you checking the balance, if you didn't use it? I hope they get the thieves, but I think you could harm innocent people by guessing who might have done it.
