work out the maths???

friends who are coming to bali with us have bought $1000 worth of American dollars, they paid .94c per dollar, personally I dont think its worth it as you still have to pay money to get the american dollars and then the rupiah rate is not much better, just wondering if any clever mathematician can work out what they will make, on the current rate....thanks in advance...cheers Trace
