If an area is designated No Smoking - with prohibited signage and policing, then as a smoker you do not smoke there. If not then you can smoke.
If Im in an area that allows smoking I will prefer to sit in that area and smoke. It is my right, and I dont have many, as a smoker to do so.
I am not a DH and yes I may conribute to the taxpayers national health care bill minus my private health insurance. However there are also those that pull on the Govt purse strings, abuse alcohol, drugs, live on fatty takeaways, cant get off their aspers and contibute to the work force, neglect their children, etc.
Give me a break.
