I think people should be allowed to smoke where they want as long as it is a designated smoking area, and ANYWHERE that is outdoors.
One of the things I like about Bali is the freedom to smoke where people want.
I was a 60+ Camel non filtered a day smoker for over 30 years and miss it every day.
Leave smokers alone, it is a legal pastime and is less harmful than many other nasty habits that some people have.
