I don't know too many. Yes the statistics are there to support health problems associated with smoking and obesity and alcoholism. But how many people do you actually know, to make the statement that just because people smoke they are a burden on your private health insurance? Are you an actuary?

My point is, there are many self inflicted problems that are inevitably keeping the cost of health insurance at a premium. Have you ever claimed sunglasses without a corrective prescription?

BTW, I'm not sure which dictionary you have been using, but according to Mr Cambridge, democracy is a little different to your description.
