we go to bali every June/July, both hubby and 15yr old kite surf and always go to Sanur to do this as the wind picks up over there. Out the front of Sanur Beach Hotel is a hut called Blue Oasis Beach Club if you contact them on www.blueoasisbeachclub.com they will be able to tell you everything you need to know, his name is Mario and a great guy, hubby rings him nearly everyday when we are there to see what the wind is like, he also hires out windsurfing gear etc....hope this helps have a great time..cheers Trace
