windsurfing spots in June/July 2008

Can anyone recommend good windsurfing locations and equipment rentals in Bali? My daughters (ages 9 & 13) learned to windsurf last summer in Kauai and loved it. We are beginners.

I've read online that the best place for windsurfing is in Sanur. Is this true also for the dry season (June/July)?

Is there any good windsurfing in Tanjungbenoa? We're going to be staying at the Conrad Bali Resort and if there is good windsurfing there that would be great.

Are there any good windsurfing spots for beginners in Lovina?
