No credit card !

I always tell hotels,that I have no credit cards,have never had any problems,and leave a deposit with them to cover any costs(bar etc)
if at any stage i have spent more than the deposit left ,they will let me know,or as in some cases u can keep check of the account ,on the in house computer in your room if they have one as they do on the wall at the Banthai resort phuket.

never pass over my credit cards to hotels,and never had any problems.
