when fraud occurs on our cc. This is why the banks are now pushing for us to open DEBIT card a/c. Therefore, if/when we lose money to either fraudsters or paying for goods online, the banks don't have to pay up - WE do!! The thing is this: Don't open DEBIT accounts. A debit account is in the banks' favour, not ours.
