I haven't caught the fast boat which is direct from Benoa to Gili T and only takes around 2 hours but think it is around Rp600,000 and friends who have caught it advise you can get pretty wet. We flew to Lombok, about a 25 minute flight, a taxi ride of about 40 minutes to the harbour and then a boat ride of around 30 to 40 minutes to Gili T. I was travelling with small children so those times may be slightly out.
