There is also the Perama boat from Padangbai directly to Gili T. Book at the Perama office on Jalan Legian in Kuta.
If you arrive late to Lombok, the best thing to do is to stay over night in Senggigi. Then book your trip to Gili T with Dream Divers on Jalan Senggigi Raya. It cost 5 $US per person and it includes pick up at your hotel and car transport to there boat and after a short boatride you'r on the island. Very convinient and cheap.
