i would highly recommend Hep A vaccination at least 10 days before travelling. Also make sure normal vaccinations are up to date.
Nothing else is really required unless you're venturing off the beaten track into the more non-touristy areas of Indonesia.
I would also recommend taking some tropical strength bug repellant which contains "deet' (diethylmide.. something something). Mostly use it around dawn/dusk or near river/creek areas.
Besides that, don't drink/brush your teeth in Indo H20 and wash your hands before eating/touching your face! You can always take some anti-nausea/gastro tablets with you just in case.
