Has anyone got any info on getting to Jakarta by taxi, or air-conditioned van from Kuta. What would it cost and how long would it take? Also is it an interesting trip? If there is heavy rain are the roads likely to be closed? Sorry, very ignorant about the area. Hope someone has done this trip. Cheers, chester
