Yes we were one of the few lucky people that recieved a refund,only because we were lucky enough to have paid our final payment only a few days before there collapse.So any one that had paid in full within the 14days prior to them folding got a refund.
but we didnt get our departure tax refund that the Australian gov kept, tried writing to different ministers to no avail,so we rebooked with Guruda including more departure tax but hey we were the lucky ones,my heart went out to all who lost as i know how devastated i felt when i thought we had lost ours.Cant wait till Oct when we go back to our paradise Bali.Cheers Deb
