Perth customs restrictions

Can anyone tell me what to avoid buying in Bali to avoid hassle with customs on return. I know about all the food quarantine regs with fruit etc but what about wooden items, vanilla pods, etc. Is there any definate things to not buy? This is our first time to Bali. Any tips much appreciated.
