We transfer money regularly to our BCA account in Indonesia. We do a international transfer from the ANZ in Australia, which costs AUD24 via the internet. If you do it at a branch I think it's $30.

The money is usually there the next working day. I've only had it take more than 1 working day once - it took 2 days on that occassion.

We just have the account name and account number, and the bank name and branch (BCA bank name is Bank Central Asia).
