The code for BCA Kuta is CEN AIDJA. I suspect the same code applies to all BCA branches as it looks like the CEN is for Central and the other initials stand for Asia Indonesia Jakarta but don't know for sure.
Have had an account there for years as they are a pretty good outfit. Most transfers take 3 working days but it does depend which bank you transfer from. A bank who is a "corresponding" bank with BCA can transfer direct to BCA. If not it goes to their corresponding bank first ( who clip the ticket on the way through )and then to BCA.
The charge to credit a dollar account is $5.00 so I would guess Rp50,000 for a Rupiah account.
