When you set up ANZ Pay Anyone you select a daily limit of either $5000 or $10,000. If you want to transfer more than that you would probably need to go to a branch.
I can generally see the funds as part of my balance in my BCA account on the same day as ANZ confirms they've sent the funds (and no SWIFT - BCA in Mataram didn't know what a SWIFT was).
Everything via the internet. Very handy. BCA exchange rates are generally pretty good too.
