Bali, also given to me by a work colleague. It is in, approximately, A4 format and has about 70 pages of text followed by 200 pages of fantastic photos of the Bali of that time.

Unfortunately, its in Dutch, title is:

Has anyone heard of it? Can supply more details if required.

Tommo, a 1974 Guide to Bali would make very interesting reading, and is also an historic artifact by now.
