Good copies of Gregor Krause's books can fetch $100 and up.
He was a German photographer who lived and worked in Bali just before the first World War. The photos in the book you have were probably taken around 1912. When his photographs were published in Europe they did a lot to stimulate interest in Bali as a tourist destination.
Are you sure the book is in Dutch? I thought he published in German.
