Ubud accommodation help

Would like to book 1 or 2 nights accommodation up at Ubud.
Must be in the area of Ubud so that you can walk out the door to all the good eating spots.
Also a/c, Tv, safe deposit box in room, ground floor.
About $50.00 Aust a night would be good.
Any recommendations would ge great.
