In Sept I used the VIP VOA service, I found it great. Before went through to imigrasi, there was a man standing there with a sign with my name on it, he then took me straight through to where you wait for your luggage. He said he had already paid for the visa and took my passport and imigration card to get the visa and stamp in my passport. I just had to wait for him and my luggage. Very quick. I found the email on the website below.
