I must have missed the part in your previous reply that mentioned you were talking about VIP as a class of VOA and not the name of a service. If you look at their website which myself and another person has posted, you will see that VIP VOA is just what they call the service they offer, not what we think we might be. (sometimes I don't like to que and if someone else wants to do that for me, then god bless their little hearts). Each to their own, I say.
