Surprise joke ideas

I am going to Bali for my second trip and this year I am meeting my mum and sis over there. This will be their first trip. They dont know that I am going to be there. As I am arriving there 24hrs before them I would love to surprise them in a big way. Anyone done anything like this? or have any ideas?
