I arrived the day before my parents and when they arrived at the hotel to check in I walked over and tapped my mother on the shoulder and handed her a glass of champagne and welcomed her to Bali, she said thankyou turned around and nearly fainted, it was a grat surprise as they had no idea I was going.
It is much nicer to surprise them at the hotel rather than the airport as its too busy there.
What ever you do I am sure you will surprise them and then you will all have a great time!!!!
