drivers licence (motorcycle) in Bali

Hi does anyone know what the cost is to purchase a motorcycle licence in Bali, (is it tempory or is is for 12 mths)I know I can get an International licence from R.A.C. in Perth but I would prefere to give the money to the Bali economy,RAC has got plenty of money .!!
I know where the Police Station is nr Bemo Corner. Do you know how long it takes, what is involved, and is it " in and out " or could I be there half the day thru ineptness !!!Thanks, my email is shown for anyone who wants to reply direct, doug5369
