Last night on a charted flight with Qantas as our Jetstar flight was cancelled the night before due to prolems with the plane.
I have to say how proffesional Jetstar staff was when we arrived at the airport to say that we were not flighing out that night & that buses would pick us up & we would be put up at the Rama Bintang hotel for the night & could spend $20aus each on food etc & had a voucher for a full buffet breakfast the next morning. We were pretty happy with this as we as we got to fly home during the day instead of at night & being a Qantas flight had full service all the way. I did feel sorry for all the people from other states that still had to work out connecting flight, but for us the flight was direct to Melbourne. Would we travel Jetstar again, yes we would...
