I only rang Jetstar today to ask what would happen in the situation of outbound flight not able to fly (we leave for Bali Tomorrow) and they would not give me an answer. Attendant advised that they would asses seach passenger on a "case by case" basis. Made me want to aks what Case by case meant..... Good to know they will put you u and feed you, with just a new cpnnecting flight to organise - which hopefully would be covered by the travel ins. Welome Back Jen when's the JBR
