Our family was on the same flight and could not fault Jetstar's proffesionalism.
I am at work on time (a little tired I might add) but at least made it here.
From the time we arrived at the airport being told the flight was cancelled we were on the bus to the Ramada within half an hour.
I would rather be late home safely than be sent home on a dodgy plane that may not make it!!
Yes, a little inconvenient but will fly jetstar again. JBR to follow.
