I have no doubt that many of the complaints raised regarding Jetstar's unfortunate approach to "Client Relations" which must surely be costing them much business.
Every adverse comment, however, can not simply be "dropped into the 'blame Jetstar' basket!
You should analyse what has been written and understand the realities of this particular situation before "Shooting from The Lip"!!
