Very amusing Madness but sadly way off the mark...
Keep trying to justifying the complaints and you may even get a job with them!?!
There is problems with Jetsar service/communicaion/handling of problems etc that are quite unique to this carrier, and when questioned, the arrogance and ignorance will surely turn you off.
