when you book over the net, there are the terms and conditions to read over. One of them IDENTIFCATION AT CHECK IN; states "It is the passenger's responsibility at all times to have appropriate travel documentation and entry permits, such as Visas"
This is the thing with travelling on budget airlines, you must read all this stuff. Because it just isn't like travelling fullfare etc. I would be saying this if it was any other airline als, but the as some want to attack me for knowing nothing, at least I read what I am getting myself in for. I am knowing the info as I read it. I just feel this was totally up to the passenger to ensure everything was in order. I am not the only one either, but it seems dennisc wants to only attack me.
