Nothing will change my mind in relation to multi storey buildings on the esplanade. I saw the Thai's ruin Patong beach with high rise buidings. Such a great pity, I could have cried when I saw it.
There is nothing wrong with development I agree, however keeping development environmentally sound and not dramatically altering a beachfront locale is a much better option. As to the Goldy....You like it, you go there. Personally I think is looks cheap and tatty, but it's only my opinion. I have friends that live there and they agree. LOL cheers ;-)
