development ,but having said that, there are a lot of great develpoments that do enhance their local area and give certain atmospheres and vitality that boost tourism. I am afraid right now the Esplanade is about as lively as a morgue especially the northern end.
As for a dull forum ,I think you are a bit off the mark there,I find it full of information and very interesting,with some real characters contributing to it . Occasionally there are a few blowups and some post get deleted,but that is the nature of the beast.
You are also entitled to your opinion, it is just a shame you are wrong (LOL)
