Long term accom in Lovina

anyone know of some longterm accom in Lovina- looks like its 6 months Lovina/Bali six months Australia - getting married in Oct and to be fair on wife - very close to family/religion and island- it would be better to live this way - need to rent a place 6 months each year minimum or maybe whole year
