I'm with you Fernandez. Sitting in the Bagus Pub when it was back on Bakungsari Street,having competitions to see who could get their spider racer to win, or their cotton reel crab to cross the road without getting run over. Pool parties at the Mandira which cost 10,000rp and you nearly had to crawl home. Going through farms to get to the tourist spots, a rickety bridge to get to the hot springs. Great gaping holes in the "so called" footpaths, which you had to watch or else you broke your leg..... and the smell of the garbage everywhere.....Oh those were the days................I still love Bali, but those days were best.
