We are going!!! Need advise Please!

Being the man of the house, I have decided that I am taking my family across the world to visit Bali again. I am traveling with my wifey and 6 year old daughter. We will be going in November.

We have gone 2 other times...both with some Aussie Mates that know the area and things to do.

Getting there from the States is not easy. I think we will either go via Hong Kong, Taiwan or Singapore. Most likely Singapore...due to us flying on Singapore Airlines. Possibly spending a few days enroute at the stop over point. Any recomendations?

As for Bali...we have stayed at the Ramada and the Dynasty. We are thinking of staying at the Hard Rock or The Kartika. Comments???

What else do you think we should do? I know we will spend a day or 2 at Waterbom and do a ton of shopping...but I am looking at kid friendly things...such as the Butterfly Farm...Water Rafting...???

Since we will not have our Aussie Tour Guides...can you help???
