Ringing the UK from Bali ???

Hi guys
Need some help to get a couple of telephone numbers right please

Currently from Australia we ring:
0011 44 1263512345

Does anyone know if I have to change the beginning of that number to ring from Bali
and
What is the best (cheapest) way to call???
We're not taking mobiles and I've always been told not to ring from Hotels....
