No, you don't change the prefix numbers because that is the International Dialing code for the country you are calling. There are so many internet places around, especailly in Poppies 1 & 2 & Jl Benasari. The prices do vary, so just stroll around and look. When you want to make your call just get the person behind the counter to do the dialling for you.
