on yr first day. Use the time to get your bearings, stock the minibar with drinks, buy snacks, change money etc and have a bit of a swim and maybe a look around the shops. Do not buy anything on the first day, until you have an idea of what things cost. You could end up paying way too much. Dont let the kids buy anything either if you can possibly avoid it.
