2 more questions - Notes & ATM's

Can anyone tell me are the old paper notes still in circulation? I still have some from January.

Also someone told me I could only get 500,000 rp from an atm? Didn't sound right to me (considering it costs between $3-$5 for each transaction. Do most ATM's have a daily limit?
