We mostly use BCA ATM's.
Most use 50's which give you a draw of 1.250,000, but many times if you want
Beside Bintang in Seminyak, there is one which gives 100's and this gives you 2.500,000 per draw, as much as you like
Ditto outside Fabio's and also at Alpha. I'm sure people have located other ones with the 100's as well.
There is usually a sign telling you the denomination in use.
