I think the staff at this hotel are not the best in Bali. I know lots of people swear by this hotel, but I have stayed there twice and have had problems both times.
First time they insisted I didnt have a late checkout and I had to pay again,if I didnt want to leave at 10am, even though I had already paid the travel agent.
Second time, even though we had requested a ground floor room they put us on the third floor. they also said they didnt have any rooms on the ground floor with twin beds. LIE as I had stayed there previously on the ground floor. Also one of my friends left some jewellary in their room and when we sent someone back to get it they reckoned that the person who cleaned the room didnt work there anymore and they didnt have a key.!! Obviously was stolen.
