because it you manage to discourage other intending guests it will make it easier for me to book when I prefer. I have had absolutely no trouble booking per email on each of the seven or eight times I have dealt with Desi and/or any of the wonderful reception staff - and I have found the remainder of the staff, gardeners, pool boy, room boys and restaurant staff also of high standard (and honest!)
